Allow yourself a few moments in which you put yourself first today.
You deserve this.
Re-charge your batteries.
Thank your body for carrying you through every day.
For having grown life.
For being your friend.
Thank your mind for giving you endless amounts of energy and strength,
even at times when you thought there was none left.
Be grateful for who you are. Inside and out.
Because those who love you are, too.
